Preferred Requirements

• Conduct inspections and investigations to monitor compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations
• Provide guidance and support to local businesses, helping them navigate the complex regulatory landscape
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including the public, businesses, and other regulatory bodies
• Maintain detailed records and prepare comprehensive reports to document your findings
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices to ensure your knowledge and skills remain cutting-edge

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Environmental Health Practitioner, with qualifications as listed in the Food Law Code of Practice
• Possess a full driver's license and have access to your own vehicle with business insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
