Estates and Facilities Lead

I'm seeking an experienced Estates & Facilities Lead to take responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of a multi-site estate. This key leadership role will oversee hard and soft facilities management, health and safety, and maintenance.

You'll lead a dedicated team and manage contractors to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality environment for all stakeholders. You'll also play a vital part in delivering a major refurbishment project and shaping the organisation's property strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day estates and facilities operations
• Leading on all aspects of health, safety, and compliance
• Managing planned maintenance and refurbishment projects
• Supporting acquisitions, disposals, and lease management
• Leading and developing a skilled in-house team
