Job Requirements/Description

A small prestigious international bank is seeking a hands on manager for its retail banking operations area.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team, processing all retail banking & cashiering for the London branch and providing customer services support to RM s regarding HNWI & private banking
  • Processing payments and treasury settlements
  • Ensuring CDD/EDD is updated

Your experience must include:

  • Extensive proven and relevant retail banking/SWIFT payments/customers services experience gained in banking
  • Strong proven staff management skills
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills gained in front line customer services
  • Able to work well under pressure, show initiative and good problem-solving skills

Please note this role will be working 5 days a week in the London office.
