A small prestigious international bank is seeking a hands on manager for its retail banking operations area.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team, processing all retail banking & cashiering for the London branch and providing customer services support to RM s regarding HNWI & private banking
- Processing payments and treasury settlements
- Ensuring CDD/EDD is updated
Your experience must include:
- Extensive proven and relevant retail banking/SWIFT payments/customers services experience gained in banking
- Strong proven staff management skills
- Excellent communication/presentation skills gained in front line customer services
- Able to work well under pressure, show initiative and good problem-solving skills
Please note this role will be working 5 days a week in the London office.
