Bar Host/Hostess - 5 Luxury Hotel - Holborn
(Must Hold a Valid SIA & Front Line Licence)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bar Host/Hostess to work in a prestigious 5-star hotel in Holborn. We are currently recruiting a professional and customer-focused Bar Host/Hostess with a valid SIA and Front Line Licence to join the team.

This role offers the chance to work in a luxurious, high-end hospitality environment, where you will gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and sophisticated setting. With evening shifts from Wednesday to Saturday, 5pm-1am, this position provides an excellent work-life balance. You will also be part of a professional and supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience
• Oversee access control and security within the bar area
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional presence
• Monitor guest behaviour and handle situations with confidence
• Use up selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and maximise revenue
• Work closely with the bar and security teams to uphold safety standards

What We're Looking For:

• Must have a valid SIA and Front Line Licence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to up sell and recommend premium products to guests
• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in hospitality.
• A professional, well-groomed appearance with a friendly and confident approach
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment
