Position: Cache Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Salary: £450 to £600

About the Role:
Vision for Education is seeking dedicated and passionate CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our team and make a positive impact in schools across Kent on either a full-time or part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support students' learning, development, and well-being in a dynamic educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with varying needs, fostering their academic and personal growth.
• Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Help create a safe and nurturing environment where students can thrive.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals to support students' development.
• Monitor and record students progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to planning.

Requirements:

• CACHE Level 3 qualification
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
• A proactive and compassionate approach to supporting students.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
