Are you a Chartered Financial Planner ready to step into a pivotal role within a high-performing team? The Role

• Be the Principal's trusted second-in-command, managing a select portfolio of HNW clients
• Support ongoing onboarding of significant client assets
• Primarily remote with London travel to meet clients - likely once a week

Compensation

• £60,000-£70,000 base salary (may be negotiable)
• Bonus structure with total compensation reaching £100k+ within 3 years
• Potential to earn £150k+ within 5-7 years, based on performance and growth

What We're Looking For

• Chartered status (essential)
• Strong experience with investment bonds and ideally trust work
• Exposure to BPR and tax-efficient investments (a plus, not a must)
• Confident working with HNW individuals
• Personable, client-centric, and meticulous
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment
