Skilled Careers have partnered with a leading residential developer who are looking for a senior development manager to join the business and lead a large scale housing and flatted development from the planning stages through to completion, this is a cradle to grave senior development manager position. The senior development manager should have experience managing all internal and external stakeholders and report back into the managing director. The business has a strong land bank and pipeline of work and the role would have a clear progression pathway alongside the scope of works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess development opportunities, conducting due diligence and financial analysis.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Engage with investors, government officials, and community stakeholders.
• Ensure projects align with market trends, sustainability goals, and company strategy.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years development experience, managing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
