Role Overview:As a PSEM 1:1 Support, you will work closely with a student requiring personalised support, helping them to access the curriculum, develop social and emotional skills, and reach their full potential. You will be a vital part of the classroom team, providing encouragement, guidance, and tailored support throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one support for a student with PSEM needs.

• Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and the Academics team.

Person Specification:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable but not essential).

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children in Kenley.
