An interim role to lead the strategic people plan for a fantastic charity in Oxfordshire

Your new role
You will lead a small HR operational team who manage all things across the employee lifecycle and are currently working on HR improvement projects across systems, processes and manager capability. Your role will focus on more strategic matters and will partner with the senior leadership team to help bring their peo ple plan to life. The organisation wishes to focus on total reward, developing EVP and looking at career development for the staff and volunteers.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous strategic HR experience within the charity sector would be a huge advantage for this role. Our client is looking for someone who has both the technical skills but also the right attitude to partner effectively within their organisation. You must have experience in developing total reward, talent development/L&D and working with senior leadership teams to be considered for the role. You will ideally be MCIPD or ILM qualified and can demonstrate CPD.
