Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Windows Build Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of Windows build processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of systems while providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

- Troubleshoot and resolve build failures and system issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to build processes, procedures, and standards.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance build efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in Windows systems and build engineering.
