Roles &Responsibilities

Your role asAssociate Director in our Corporate Tax Advisory team willinclude:

• Buildingrelationships with our large, listed andinternational corporate clients,
• Advising oncomplex areas of legislation
• Innovatingthrough the use of technology
• Continuous process improvementand developing our people,

Skills, knowledge and Experience

• ACA and/or CTA (orqualified by experience)
• Extensive experience ofworking with a portfolio of largecorporate, listed (complex) and international corporategroups providing corporate tax advisory services
• Demonstrate strong technical tax knowledgeand experience, specifically with large, listed andinternational corporate clients;
• Experience ofbuilding new relationships and winning advisory work.
• Experience of collaborating on projects with colleaguesin other service lines, including but not limited to Managementconsulting, Risk advisory and internal audit, M&A andtransactions and Technology and digital consulting
