Job Title: Project Coordinator / Project Support Administrator
Location: City of London (Hybrid working available)

Role Overview:
The Project Coordinator / Project Support Administrator will work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders across engineering, commercial, development, and operations teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative setting. You will play a key part in tracking project milestones, managing project files, handling communications, and ensuring timely updates and actions across departments and with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily admin and coordination support for live and upcoming projects
Maintain project records, trackers, and documentation across shared platforms
Schedule meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on agreed actions
Help manage the submission and tracking of project applications, notices, and permits
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and partners to share project updates and coordinate logistics
Prepare reports and internal updates for project status, timelines, and risk tracking
Support team members by coordinating internal approvals, sign-offs, and key handovers
Help streamline internal communications and ensure alignment across teams
Offer ad hoc administrative support to the wider delivery and operations team
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in a project coordination or administration role (preferably in utilities, infrastructure, construction, or energy)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident managing multiple deadlines and priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office tools and comfortable with data tracking and reporting
Able to work both independently and as part of a wider team
Calm under pressure and adaptable to change in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have (Not Essential):
Experience in energy, utilities, or engineering sectors
Understanding of grid connections or infrastructure project processes
Knowledge of working with contractors, developers, or local authorities
