The KS3 English Lead role is critical to the academy's continued progress and is central to achieving the highest standards of teaching and learning in every classroom.
As part of the Communications Faculty, the KS3 English Lead will play a key role in developing teachers' classroom practice. They will work closely with a specific cohort of staff, such as trainees, and may also have responsibilities beyond the faculty, including delivering coaching, INSET sessions, or other training as required.
