Domestic Appliance Engineer

We are currently seeking a Domestic Appliance/White Goods Engineer to join our expanding team. With a strong reputation for delivering outstanding customer service, we are the approved service provider for both Beko Group Appliances PLC and Howdens Lamona.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional and friendly customer service at all times.
• Strive for first-time fixes on all customer repairs.
• Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs.
• Manage van stock and prioritize your workload effectively.
• Participate in training to enhance your technical skills.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and colleagues.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and basic IT competency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• F-GAS or Safe Gas certification (eligible for an additional £1,000 per year per qualification).

Job Details:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in white goods repairs.
• Ideally based in or around the Gravesend area.
• GCSE or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
