Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale data centre construction project, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
• Oversee project planning, programming, and execution, managing teams across design, engineering, and site operations.
• Drive health & safety compliance, ensuring industry best practices are followed.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Provide strong leadership and direction to a high-performing project team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing construction projects valued at £40 million+, ideally within the commercial, industrial, or mission-critical sectors.
• Data Centre experience is a strong advantage but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of construction best practices, health & safety regulations, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead large teams and maintain high quality and performance standards.
