Housekeeping Attendant - 28,000 - Central London

Location: Central London
Salary: 29,000 per annum
Hours: 45 hours/week (9-hour shifts including breaks)
Shifts: Flexible, including weekends (6:00 am - 3:00 pm / 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm)

An exclusive luxury residential development in Central London is seeking a Housekeeper to join their high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a 5-star environment, maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and delivering outstanding service to residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, refuse spaces, back-of-house, and leisure facilities, ensuring all areas are spotless and organised

• Run errands for residents, including rubbish collection, parcel delivery, and dry cleaning services

• Conduct regular lobby checks and floor walks to uphold standards

• Manage lost and found items, ensuring proper documentation and handover

• Use cleaning products effectively and economically, following COSHH guidelines

What You'll Need:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury residential development

• Good knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety processes

• High standard of personal presentation

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
