Are you an experienced Financial Services Administrator with a background in an IFA or Wealth Management practice? If so, this could be the perfect next step for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing high-quality administration support to Advisers and Paraplanners.
  • Preparing suitability letters and ensuring client files remain fully compliant.
  • Managing new business applications and liaising with product providers.
  • Conducting research to support reviews of existing client arrangements.
  • Handling client queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Assisting with annual client reviews in line with service standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Essential: Previous experience in an IFA or Wealth Management environment.
  • Solid knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial products.
  • Confident communicator - comfortable dealing with clients and providers via phone and email.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience with Intelligent Office (or similar CRM systems) would be advantageous.
