Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering tailored educational programs for students with special educational needs.
• Provide one-on-one and group support to help students engage with the curriculum and develop their learning skills.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes independence and self-esteem.
• Support students in their social and emotional development, encouraging positive behavior and interactions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement individual education plans (IEPs).
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to the overall development of the learning environment.

Requirements:

• A passion for working with children and a commitment to supporting their individual needs.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential; we welcome applications from dedicated individuals willing to learn.
• A relevant qualification in education or special needs support is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• A positive attitude and a patient, empathetic approach.
