My client, a forward-thinking consultancy based in London, is seeking an ambitious Intermediate Building Surveyor to join their dynamic and supportive team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an Intermediate Building Surveyor eager to gain full, tailored APC support, hands-on project exposure, and the chance to develop a well-rounded skill set within a collaborative environment.

As an Intermediate Building Surveyor, you will gain exposure to a wide range of projects, working on some of London's most prestigious and historic properties. You will take on diverse responsibilities, including contract administration, defect investigations, condition surveys, and project management, while receiving expert guidance throughout your APC journey.

• Assist in delivering a full range of professional and project services.
• Work on contract administration for projects up to 2,500,000+VAT.
• Undertake insurance reinstatement projects, planned maintenance surveys, and defect investigations.
• Contribute to party wall matters, licences for alterations, and reinstatement cost assessments.
• Collaborate with senior surveyors and gain exposure to client relationships.
• Progress towards MRICS qualification with comprehensive APC support.

The ideal Intermediate Building Surveyor will have:

• A BSc or MSc in Building Surveying, or an RICS-accredited degree.
• A strong commitment to APC progression.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning.
• A team-oriented mindset with the confidence to take initiative.

• 28,500 - 48,500
• Full APC training and structured support.
