What Tool Hire Business Development Manager will bring to the role
Tool Hire Business Development Manager Key Performance Indicators
Working to Target
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Meet specific goals for new customer acquisitions within the assigned territory.
Deliver upselling and cross-selling results by increasing average spend per customer.
CRM Management
Maintain 100% accuracy and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
Log all interactions, including meetings, calls, and follow-ups, within 24 hours.
Generate and update sales pipeline reports weekly to track progress against targets.
Responsibility:
Grow your customer base
Actively identify and target new leads & convert to customers
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, from site managers to procurement teams.
Understand customers unique needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
Plan and execute a strategic schedule of visits to engage new and existing clients.
Accurately log customer interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system to track progress
