Trainee Lettings Negotiator

EAC are representing an excellent Organisation who are on the lookout for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. They are a market-leading Independent Estate Agent within Milton Keynes. If you have a background with Property already or are interested in breaking into the Property industry then this could be the perfect role for you.

For this role, you must drive and be flexible to work a Saturday - Sundays they are closed!

• Salary 18,000
• OTE 35,000

Duties for the Lettings Negotiator:

• Selling the benefits of properties to potential tenants
• Calling and negotiating with potential customers
• Providing excellent customer service
• Understanding the needs and wants of customers
• Taking potential customers on viewings
• Administration and updating the systems

The ideal Lettings Negotiator:

• A passion for the property & estate agency industry
• An interest in a long term career as an Estate Agent / Lettings Negotiator
• Must Drive
• Must be willing to work Saturdays

Hours

9 - 6 Monday - Friday

On Saturdays finish at 5 (day off in the week when working a Saturday)
