As a Low Carbon Energy Assessor, you will be responsible for:
Conducting energy assessments and issuing EPCs
Reviewing building performance data and providing energy efficiency recommendations
Liaising with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored energy solutions
Ensuring compliance with energy regulations and industry standards
Managing client enquiries and maintaining strong working relationships
Supporting sustainability initiatives and driving energy performance improvements

To be considered for this Low Carbon Energy Assessor, you'll need:

• NDEA certification (Level 3 or 4)
• Experience in a similar role and EPC production
• Strong knowledge of energy efficiency standards and building regulations including Part L
• Proficiency with energy assessment software and tools.
• Live in or near to London.
