Contracts Manager for Commercial Landscaping Company

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team at a leading commercial landscaping company based in Surrey. With at least 5 years of experience in the industry, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in both hard and soft landscaping, with a thorough understanding of commercial contracts. The role will be partly office based and partly on site visits to existing sites and new projects.

As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of projects within the commercial landscaping sector. This will include managing client relationships, coordinating project teams, and ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards. Previous experience with JCT Contracts would be highly advantageous.

Our client is a major contractor in the landscaping arena and forms part of a wider group of companies with expertise in all aspects of landscaping, grounds maintenance, arboriculture, and green solutions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a solid understanding of health and safety regulations within the commercial landscaping sector.
