Location: Whetstone, London

Rate: £280 per shift (CIS)

Start Date: 12th May

Duration: 4 weeks (Day shifts)

I m working with a retail fit-out contractor who needs a Site Manager to oversee a full refurbishment of an ASDA store in Whetstone, starting on 12th May. This is a live retail environment, so we re looking for someone experienced, organised, and confident managing fast-paced programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day site activity
• Oversee trades and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered to spec
• Maintain a safe and tidy site at all times
• Liaise with the client and project teams
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure materials are available as needed
• Complete daily reporting and site paperwork

Requirements:

• SMSTS
• First Aid (3 day)
• CSCS (Manager level)
• Fire Marshall certification
• Asbestos Awareness
• ASDA store experience is essential
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience managing live retail environments
