Immediately Available - Day Rate - Complaints SME We are looking for an immediately available contractor to initially ensure a smooth handover from the existing SME and then to re-engineer the complaint process for efficiency, re-write policies, procedures, system changes, create templates etc, whilst also handling complaints received to maintain BAU.
