OverviewAatom Recruitment is currently seeking a Technical Support Officer to join a local authority on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities- Provide collaborative support to service teams, assisting with system navigation and requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Configure and customise diagnostic tools and workflows to meet operational needs.
- Stay up to date with product updates, system changes, and industry best practices.
- Support onboarding and training by sharing technical insights and guidance.
- Document support interactions and resolutions to aid knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Deliver excellent customer service through clear, empathetic, and solution-focused communication, including floorwalking support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to service enhancements.
Essential Requirements- Proven experience in application support.
- Knowledge or experience with Totalmobile is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
