Overview

Aatom Recruitment is currently seeking a Technical Support Officer to join a local authority on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in application support and a passion for delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide collaborative support to service teams, assisting with system navigation and requirements.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Configure and customise diagnostic tools and workflows to meet operational needs.
  • Stay up to date with product updates, system changes, and industry best practices.
  • Support onboarding and training by sharing technical insights and guidance.
  • Document support interactions and resolutions to aid knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through clear, empathetic, and solution-focused communication, including floorwalking support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to service enhancements.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in application support.
  • Knowledge or experience with Totalmobile is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach to technical support.
