This SAP Assessor role will involves:

• Supporting the team in producing SAP calculations and providing EPCs.
• Carrying out SBEM Assessments.
• Air permeability testing.
• Reporting and liaising with clients.
• Planning energy statements.
• Producing zero carbon specifications.
• Mentoring junior team members as required.

To be considered for the SAP Assessor role, you must be:

• A qualified SAP Assessor (OCDEA certified), with experience in the industry.
• Ideally, have experience with SBE calculations, CIBSE TM52/TM59 and AD_O modelling.
• Have a full right to work in the UK.
• Live in or near to Reading.
