They've built a reputation for putting people before property and delivering exceptional service. The business is well-established, directly authorised, and has an internal mortgage department with a strong support structure. The mortgage brokerage and estate agency are the same business, so it's in everyone's interest to make sure you get the leads you need.

The Role

As the in-house Mortgage Adviser, your day will involve speaking with motivated buyers introduced through the estate agency, conducting appointments either in-branch, at the office, or from home (once settled in). You'll have full admin support to handle your case management, including preparing suitability letters and application submissions. With a strong emphasis on client care, you'll guide homebuyers through the mortgage process while maintaining high conversion rates. The team will warm up clients and introduce them, so you'll have plenty of business to go at.

You'll be working Monday to Friday with every other Saturday (though this is negotiable for the right person). After the initial period, there's scope to work from home one or two days per week.
