• Document all interactions meticulously, ensuring confidentiality.
• Gather customer feedback to help enhance our clients offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practises.

Who Are You?

• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building rapport.
• Compassionate, patient, and discreet when handling vulnerable customers.
• Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• A true team player, eager to go the extra mile for customers.
• Comfortable using customer support software and CRM systems.
