High End Residential Quantity Surveyor - 70k + Bonus (15% of salary)

PLEASE NOTE, YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS HIGH END RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE

The Company:

• Established 12 years ago, the business quickly became one of the main players in the Surrey Prime Residential market and have since then made a huge impact in London
• Now with a hub in Victoria, they have projects valuing between 5m- 20m in London's Prime postcodes and offer refurbishment works from Bespoke Luxury fit outs to basement digs and structural alterations

The Project:

• 15m conversion/refurbishment of 2 listed Georgian townhouses in Victoria
• Works include - Basement dig, structural reconfiguration, fa ade retention, refurb of external mews and full bespoke luxury fit out.

In Return:

• A base salary of up 70k
• Bonus scheme of 15% of salary, based on KPI's (not upon project completion) paid every 6 months
