Tradewind Education is currently recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Teacher for a welcoming and well-resourced two-form entry primary school based in Islington, Central London. This full-time role will begin in January 2025 and continue until July 2025.

This vibrant and inclusive school has a strong focus on nurturing children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence. The Early Years team is well-established, collaborative, and supported by an excellent leadership team. The school follows the EYFS framework closely, with an emphasis on play-based learning and outdoor exploration.

As the Nursery Teacher, you will:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.

• Work closely with a skilled Nursery Nurse and additional support staff.

• Maintain high standards of behaviour, care, and learning in a safe, stimulating environment.

• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure every child thrives.

• Contribute to planning meetings, observations, and assessments to track children's development effectively.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Proven experience teaching in Nursery or Early Years settings.

• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood development.

• Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.

• A nurturing and creative approach to teaching young learners.
