Our client, an award winning and highly respected financial planning firm, are looking for a senior administrator to join the team; The firm are keen to find a dedicated and high-quality industry professional who likes to be pro-active and lead by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Tasks will be assigned via a clear workflow process that will be centrally managed. You will be responsible for liaising with the dedicated paraplanners and advisers for successful execution of workflows.
- You will take responsibility to produce annual client reviews and complex charges data; You will be focusing on assisting the dedicated internal teams and advisers to manage their annual review processes.
- You will handle DocuSign and internal processes to ensure the collation and checking of client documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- You must oversee the end-to-end process of onboarding new business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
- You will support the oversight and collation of letters of authority.
- You will allocate all report writing tasks to the paraplanning team to ensure timely completion.
- You will ensure that the information input into the database is accurate including, but not limited to, the updating of the factfinds, meeting notes and advice notes.
- You will assist with resolving any unallocated fee issues.
- You must perform other duties as requested by the line manager to support the overall success of the team.
Skills & Experience
- You must have excellent telephone manner and the ability to write clear, structured, and professional emails.
- You will have the ability to work effectively from both home and the office, adapting to a hybrid working environment.
- Ideally, you will be progressing towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning; One or two exams is desired but not essential. Non-financial advice-based exams will not be considered.
- 1-2 years of experience in financial services administration or sales support.
- You will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft teams, word, excel, and outlook alongside DocuSign; You must also have experience using intelliflo office for client and data management.
- You must have strong attention to detail, particularly when dealing with documentation, compliance, and financial data.
- You will have the ability to manage multiple priorities, organise workload efficiently, and take initiative in problem-solving.
- You must be committed to providing high levels of service to clients and building positive working relationships.
- You will have a willingness to collaborate with colleagues and provide support where needed, ensuring the smooth running of the team.
