Reed HR are working with a Professional Services firm to recruit an Emerging Talent Advisor. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the acquisition and development of an emerging talent programme both in the UK and internationally. The role offers the flexibility of hybrid working with days worked at their office in Central London and from home each week.
About the Role
As an Emerging Talent Advisor, you will be a key member of a dynamic team, focusing on nurturing and developing the firm's future talent. Reporting to the Emerging Talent Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with the Emerging Talent team to ensure smooth transitions from academic environments to professional settings.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all HR and development queries related to emerging talent within a specific practice group.
- Managing international assignments for emerging talent, including logistics, approvals, and stakeholder liaison.
- Contributing to the international emerging talent strategy and supporting the bi-annual qualification process.
- Planning and facilitating programmes aimed at developing professional skills for early talent and their supervisors.
- Ensuring compliance with training requirements in collaboration with our preferred legal education providers.
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement within the Emerging Talent team.
- Undertaking ad-hoc tasks and projects to support the strategic direction of the Talent Acquisition function.
About You
