Join a globally respected investment management firm as a Project Manager, supporting strategic and regulatory initiatives within the Office of the COO. This is an initial 12-month contract opportunity, ideal for a dynamic professional passionate about project delivery in financial services.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead cross-functional projects with a focus on regulatory and strategic change

  • Collaborate across teams to design project plans, track milestones, and prepare high-impact reports

  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and produce polished documentation

  • Identify risks and support mitigation strategies in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring:
  • Proven project management experience in financial services (investment management a plus)

  • Consulting or in-house change experience, particularly on regulatory or legal entity set up initiatives

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Proficiency in documentation and project tracking tools

  • Flexibility to work 3 days a week onsite in London
