Production Engineer

Production Engineer - £28,000 per annum Location: Park Royal, London Full-time Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Strive Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established electronics manufacturer based in Park Royal. We're looking for a Production Engineer to join their growing team and support the assembly and testing of high-end stage lighting equipment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in electronics manufacturing. Graduates are welcome to apply - no prior experience is required as full training will be provided.

• Assemble, test, clean, and pack professional stage lighting products and consoles

• Identify manufacturing needs and deliver accordingly

• Conduct thorough testing and fault reporting on electronic devices

• Maintain product and process quality in line with company standards

• Analyse and plan workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to improve manufacturing efficiency

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies

• A degree in Electronics Engineering (Bachelors or Masters preferred)

• Strong understanding of electronics and interest in hands-on technical work

• Ability to read and understand electronic circuit diagrams (advantageous but not essential)

• Good computer skills and a willingness to learn

• A proactive attitude and attention to detail

• Starting salary of £28,000 per year

• Monday to Friday schedule, 40 hours per week
