Warehouse Operative

About the Company

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable client seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join their team in Luton. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position based in a chilled environment, ideal for candidates looking for a long-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders efficiently and accurately
• Safely lifting and moving boxes within the warehouse
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work area
• Following health and safety guidelines at all times
• Assisting with inventory management and documentation

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in chilled warehousing is a plus but not essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic maths skills and good English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Benefits:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm
• Occasional Sunday overtime (9am - 1pm) paid at £18.38 per hour (time and a half)
