Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (Deaf Education)
Location: Chelmsford
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £85 - £95 per day

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant with experience supporting deaf children to join our teams. You will play a key role in supporting deaf students, providing them with the tools they need to succeed in the classroom, while developing your skills through professional development opportunities.

We are looking for Learning Support Assistants with the following:

• Experience working with deaf children in an educational setting
• BSL (British Sign Language) Level 1 qualification (essential)
• Willingness to pursue BSL Level 2
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to support students effectively
• Experience in classroom support and managing students with additional needs
• A passion for helping students with hearing impairments achieve their potential
