Stock Condition Surveyor

TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors and EPC ASSESSORS on a 5 MONTH CONTRACT starting LATE JAN/EARLY FEB.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software

• Outside IR35 role
• Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats and Blocks
• 100% GUARANTEED ACCESS - ACCOMPANIED VISITS
• Over 50000 properties to be surveyed - STOCK CONDITION SURVEYS AND EPCs
• Properties located in/around - PLYMOUTH UPTO NEWCASTLE
• MUST BE A QUALIFIED DEA
• WILLING TO TRAVEL ACROSS THE UK.
• BOOKED APPOINTMENTS BY THE CLIENT
• BASIC DBS REQUIRED
• EXPENSES PAID - MILEAGE AND ACCOMMODATION
