Your new role
Due to a growing order book, they are now looking for a Site Manager on a scheme in Cambridge, involving the refurbishment of student accommodation.
Key duties include:
- Manage day-to-day operations on site.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
- Maintain high standards of work and quality control.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed - Previous experience in a similar role
- CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
