Are you a Warehouse Manager or similar with a food or FMCG background looking to work for a global business where you will lead warehousing in a newly built frozen & ambient warehouse?

Do you have warehouse and logistics background in a food production environment and want to work in a business where you are given full autonomy to do your job as an expert in your field and delivery genuine value across the company?

On offer is a leadership role for a high volume FMCG Manufacturing organisation where you'll be responsible optimising the warehousing and logistics operations and drive initiatives to improve the company's infrastructure.

Being a senior leader means thriving within a fast-paced environment, where confident problem-solving and quick decision-making counts. You will be responsible for all current operations teams and related members of staff, including various team leaders and line leaders.

This role would suit a Warehouse Manager with excellent man-management, looking for an autonomous role at a senior leadership level where you will impact the future of the company and directly report to the UK Head of Supply Chain.

The role:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
• Full team / personnel responsibility of a team of 20 people and growing
• This includes goods in, pick & pack operations, dispatch / goods out, and replenishment of the warehouse
• The primary focus is smooth operations, continuous improvement and man-management
• Delivering circa 5000 orders per week currently, with 200+ frozen SKUs and 100+ ambient products

The person:

• Warehouse Management background or similar
• Background in frozen/refrigerated high volume operations
• Commutable to Frimley
