Building Maintenance Supervisor

This is a great role for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor looking to take their next step in their career. You will be joining a market leader within commercial maintenance, receive high voltage training, opportunities to progress within and gain exposure to a high end commercial property!The Maintenance Supervisor will be carrying out Planned Preventive and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, actively fault find / trouble shoot, organise subcontractors, write up RAMs / Permits, report into the Contract Manager and ensure the site is running efficiently.The successful Maintenance Supervisor will be fully qualified in Electrical installations / engineering (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent), possess at least 5 years experience in commercial maintenance, at least 3 years experience as a supervisor, great building maintenance knowledge and have the ability to work well in a team and individually. Maintenance Supervisor Duties:

• Allocate and manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and reactive tasks, ensuring efficient and timely completion.
• Ensure all compliance and statutory documentation is kept up to date and readily accessible.
• Prepare, review, and issue Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) and Permits to Work.
• Act as the primary contact for the on-site client, maintaining a professional and responsive presence.
• Oversee contractor activities and ensure all works adhere to health & safety procedures.
• Step in to assist with technical or urgent works when required, maintaining flexibility and team support.
• Maintain site records and use the CAFM system for job tracking and reporting.

Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:

• Fully qualified in Electrical installations / engineering, (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent)
• At least 5 years experience within commercial maintenance
• At least 3 years experience as a supervisor
• Great understanding of commercial M&E systems
• Ability to work well as part of a team and individually

Salary and Package:

• £54,000 per annum
• 25 days annual leave
