We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E biased) to join a forward-thinking team that delivers cutting-edge power solutions. - Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and feasibility studies.
- Develop tender documents and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress on-site and ensure adherence to budgets, specifications, and timelines.
- Administer contracts, manage variations, and maintain detailed financial records.
- Conduct site visits, valuations, and monthly reporting to key stakeholders.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards are met.

Requirements & Rewards What You Bring & What You ll Get Back
What We re Looking For:
- A bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in an M&E Quantity Surveying role.
- Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS) is highly desirable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Valid driver s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- £80,000 - £90,000 salary based on experience and qualifications.
