Junior Financial Adviser (IFA)

Location: Central London

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum up to 30% bonus

Job Type: Permanent Hybrid (3 days office-based, 2 days WFH)

Are you a newly qualified Financial Adviser looking to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fully independent IFA firm, working exclusively with some exciting major corporate clients such as Facebook.

As a Junior Adviser, you'll be servicing a portfolio of lower-end clients, helping them with their financial planning needs while developing your own advisory style. This is a brand-new role, so flexibility and a proactive mindset are key as you'll help shape the programme alongside the leadership team.

• Provide financial advice to a portfolio of clients
• Build strong relationships and deliver excellent client service
• Support the development of the advisory programme
• Work closely with the COO and wider team of IFAs and administrators
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge through CPD and further qualifications

• Salary: £30,000-£35,000 DOE
• Bonus: Up to 30%, based on 3x threshold

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipFA or equivalent) - essential
• Ideally academy-trained
• Strong sales and communication skills

You'll be joining a small, collaborative team of 6 experienced IFAs with a strong administrative team behind you, managing around £350M AUM. The company is fully independent and prides itself on delivering high-quality financial planning to prestigious corporate clients.
