Location: Baker Street, London
Salary: Up to 58,000 + Private Medical Insurance

About the Role:
Are you an experienced electrical supervisor ready for a new challenge? Join an established Client Side company and take your career to the next level!

We are seeking a qualified mechanical supervisor with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments. This role requires the candidate to be technically strong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
• Ability to conduct RAMS & logbooks up to date
• Technical mechanical knowledge - AHUs, FCUs, Hydraulics etc.
• Client facing skills to communicate with the client

Package & Benefits:

• Competitive basic salary of up to 58,000
• Private medical insurance (Including Dental, Optical & Audio)
• Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Large amounts of Overtime Available
• 25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays (Goes up to 28 days)

Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 in a mechanical qualification or any related qualification such as a Mechanical Degree
• Previous experience as a lead or supervisor
• 3+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
• Experience with Hydraulics, AHUs, FCUs
• Proven track record in commercial environments
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
