Static Plumber / Fabric Engineer

Our Client

Static Plumber / Multi-Skilled Engineer required for our client, they are a well known and reputable mechanical and electrical contractor based in the East Grindstead area. They have been in business for over 50 years, turnover over 50m a year, and currently employed over 350 members of staff. They currently require the Static Plumber / Multi-Skilled Engineer to join the team in Hackney.

Static Plumber / Multi-Skilled Engineer Responsibilities

- Static position with primary location being an NHS site close to Hackney
- Planned maintenance of the site plumbing systems, such as service or replacement of valves, hot and cold water systems, replacement of pipework, leak checks, water leak repairs, basin changes, radiator replacements, and general plumbing repairs / maintenance
- General building services requirements include fire alarm checks, emergency lighting checks and repairs, legionella testing etc.
- Reactive maintenance / breakdown work of plumbing and building services systems

Static Plumber / Multi-Skilled Engineer Requirements

- Previous experience in a similar position
- Knowledge and experience in repair and maintenance to commercial plumbing and building services systems
- Industry recognised plumbing qualifications such as NVQ, WRAS, and ACOP L8 Legionella Testing
- Previous experience working within healthcare sites would be seen as advantageous
- Full UK driving licence

Static Plumber / Multi-Skilled Engineer Remuneration

- Salary 33,500 - 37,000
- Mon - Fri (40 Hours)
- Call out 1 in 6 weeks
- 25 Days Holiday + BH (Further 5 days available for purchase)
- Pension (4%)
- Overtime available
