Responsibilities for the Client Services Manager

• Drive client retention and account growth
• Act as the main contact for key clients
• Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements
• Collaborating with internal teams.

Skills required for the Client Services Manager

• Background in Fire Safety Systems (Essential)
• Sales or Account Management experience
• Experience with CRM Systems and customer relationship management
• Strong problem-solving skills

Candidates must have rights to work in the UK and hold a full UK driving license for client visits!
