The Role:
We are seeking an experienced paraplanner to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of compliant, bespoke financial advice.
Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside advisers to understand client objectives and produce clear, compliant suitability reports
In depth technical research, cash flow modelling and fund analysis
Liaise with providers and administrative staff to obtain information and documentation
Ensure all reports and recommendations adhere to FCA regulations and internal compliance standards
Contribute to improving internal processes and maintaining high client service standards
Essential Skills and Experience:
Level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA) or Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS)
At least 2 years' experience in paraplanning or a technical support role
Strong understanding of financial principles and FCA regulations
Excellent written communication and report writing skills
Attention to detail and ability to work methodically under pressure
Proficient with Microsoft office and financial planning software
Desirable (but not essential):
Working towards advanced qualifications
Comfortable communicating directly with clients and supporting adviser meetings
