Are you an experienced Powder Coating Supervisor looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead a team of Powder Coating Operatives, ensuring high-quality standards, efficiency, and compliance with health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising a team of Powder Coating Operatives
• Allocating daily/weekly tasks and ensuring work orders are completed on time
• Overseeing machine setups and carrying out quality spot checks
• Maintaining high standards of organisation and housekeeping
• Ensuring shift discipline, including monitoring productivity and break planning
• Managing consumables and equipment within the department
• Recording Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data
• Championing safe working practices and implementing process improvements
• Conducting hands-on training for new team members
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company policies

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a Powder Coating Supervisor role
• Strong understanding of Powder Coating procedures and quality standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Physical stamina and strength to support operational tasks

Working Conditions:

• Factory floor-based role with exposure to noise and physical demands
• Standing for long periods, handling materials, and assisting the team as required
• Deadline-driven environment requiring attention to detail and accuracy
