Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We are seeking a skilled QS to join our clients Contracts Division, working on high-profile social housing programmes across London and the Southeast. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to cost management, procurement, and contract excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Role


As a Quantity Surveyor (QS), you will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring value for money, and maintaining financial control across multiple contracts. Your responsibilities will include:


Cost Management - Producing monthly CVRs, validating weekly measurements and valuations
Procurement & Supply Chain Management - Securing and managing subcontractor accounts and contracts
Risk Management - Maintaining a commercial risk register and supporting operational teams
Cost Analysis & Reduction - Identifying opportunities to drive efficiency and cost savings
Contract Reviews & Compliance - Ensuring accurate and fair contract administration

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
