About The Role:
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am and 7pm. Rota given in advance.

Someone who's confident working independently, stays curious, and is always looking to learn and improve. A motivated and practical mindset, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a genuine willingness to get stuck in when challenges arise are key. It's not about ticking every box it's about the right attitude and a willingness to grow with the team.
Working alongside a team of engineers to deliver world class service with a customer centric approach across a number of properties with varying needs in the heart of the West End. This role is supporting out Covent Garden portfolio which is a range of commercial buildings.

Roles & Responsibilities (Not Exhaustive)
- Supporting circa 85 buildings located across a large estate with around 15 - 20 buildings having F-Gas liabilities, serviced above legislation requirements (once a year)
- Fix and maintain plant and equipment on site in line with SFG20 recommendations with a first-time fix and right first-time approach
- Troubleshoot asset breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services.
- Undertake PPMs as issued from the CAFM system and ensure they are closed out within the prescribed timescale.
- Undertake reactive maintenance activities within the prescribed timescale (as detailed by the CAFM work order) to ensure the rectification times are met, whether temporary or permanent rectification.
- Whilst carrying out the PPM activities, provide updates in relation to the condition for each asset to inform the forward maintenance budget but also assist any lifecycle decisions which need to be taken to specific assets across the sites.
- Supporting the Technical Services Supervisor & Technical Services Manager to achieve contractual KPI's via task completion rates as well as other elements.
- Maintaining sites F-Gas register ensuring that we always remain compliant.
- Brand ambassador working in partnership with our Client to ensure our tenants satisfaction.
- Adhering to all established site and business policy and procedures.
- When not F-Gas-ing, the candidate will be supporting site with other works.
- Escorting external service partners and understanding their works to build site knowledge.
The successful candidate would hit the following criteria:
- F-Gas Category 1 qualification is essential for this role
- Must have right to work in the UK
- Proven background in delivering a range of Maintenance, Plumbing, Gas & Heating services in educational or commercial environments is essential
- IT Literate
- Knowledge of BMS systems and troubleshooting methods would be advantageous
- Additional mechanical and electrical qualifications are advantageous
- IOSH Certificate would be desirable however full training will be given
- Experience within a similar AC & F-Gas Engineering role is preferred
